Information used by the service

Discord sign-in identifies the account that owns your licenses. The website requests the identify permission, which provides an account ID, display name and avatar. It does not request the email, messages or server membership permissions.

The license system stores the owner Discord ID, license details, registered server IPs and optional server labels. Authorization records can contain IP addresses, timestamps, plugin information, results and technical client information.

Why this information is used

Account information connects you to your licenses and authorized downloads. Server IPs enforce license limits and identify the servers that may run a plugin. Authorization records help diagnose failures and protect the service.

A future checkout will require a separate description of its payment provider, billing information and order records before it opens.

Service providers

Discord provides sign-in. Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare hosts the license service and its database. GitHub stores documentation and release files. Each provider may process information needed to deliver its service.

Provider contracts, data locations and applicable international transfer safeguards must be confirmed before this draft is published.

Storage and retention

The sign-in session has a configured maximum lifetime of seven days. This does not mean that license records or authorization logs are deleted after seven days.

Retention periods for license records, logs, support requests and future billing records remain to be confirmed. Data should only be kept for the purposes and periods that are needed or legally required.

Your information and your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete information linked to your account through the support channel. Ownership must be verified before account information is disclosed or changed.

A deletion request must be assessed together with active licenses and any records that must legally be retained. The response should explain what will be deleted, what must be kept and why. Signing out only ends your session.

Information about minors

Discord sign-in does not provide verified age information to this website. The intended audience, purchasing rules and any additional safeguards for minors must be confirmed before checkout is enabled.
