Understand what your license includes and how access to plugins is managed.
Your account and license
Licenses are linked to their owner's Discord account. Sign in with that account to view your licenses, manage eligible server IPs and download authorized plugins.
Your license details show the covered plugin or group, current status, expiration date and IP capacity. Some licenses expire; others have no configured expiration date.
Downloads and requirements
An active, unexpired license is required for protected downloads. The portal provides the latest published version for each authorized plugin. Older versions are not offered through this download portal.
Read the plugin documentation for server compatibility, dependencies and installation requirements. Many plugins require SnLib. Access to a file does not guarantee compatibility with every server setup.
Server IP management
Registered IPs must stay within the capacity shown on your license. A customer's IP normally becomes eligible for change or removal seven days after registration or change. The account page shows when each IP can be edited.
Administrative changes can override the customer cooldown. Additional restrictions for particular license types are enforced by the license service and shown through its responses.
Status, renewal and support
Paused, revoked or expired licenses do not authorize protected downloads or normal plugin authorization. Any paid renewal, subscription cancellation, suspension process and support commitment must be documented before checkout opens.
The absence of an expiration date does not by itself promise unlimited future updates, permanent hosting or a particular support response time.
Ownership and permitted use
Use is governed by the license granted to the owner. The commercial rules for redistribution, resale, transfers and team access must be confirmed and made available before a purchase.
