Changes

• New public developer API in com.sn.auction.api (API_VERSION 1.0.0): other plugins can observe and veto market activity.
• Cancellable events before a listing is created, bought, bid on or cancelled by its seller.
• Notifications after a listing is posted, sold or ended, and after a payout is delivered.
• Read-only query service via SnAuctionProvider.get(): listings by id, seller or winning bidder, active count, pending payouts, amount formatting.
• New api-events.enabled switch in config.yml (default true); the key is added to existing configs automatically.

First stable release of SnAuction: a secure auction house for Paper 1.20.4+ / 1.21.x with fixed-price listings and bid auctions, paid in Vault or EdTools currencies. Requires SnLib 1.36.0+.
