All placeholders require PlaceholderAPI and use the %snautorestart_ prefix.
All of them describe the server, not a player.

%snautorestart_time_left% | Time left of the running countdown, formatted. Shows the "None" word while no countdown runs. |
%snautorestart_seconds_left% | Seconds left of the running countdown as a plain number. -1 while no countdown runs. |
%snautorestart_next_restart% | Time of the next restart, formatted with placeholders.next-restart-format. |
%snautorestart_lockdown% | Lockdown state word: active or inactive. |
%snautorestart_countdown% | Countdown state word: running or idle. |
The state words and the duration units come from the language file, so you can restyle them there.
