SnGGWave

SnGGWave runs global GG waves for purchases and donations. Staff start a wave for a sponsor. Everyone who types GG gets an animated rainbow chat line and claims the wave rewards once.

One jar, two platforms

The same jar runs on a Paper server or on a Velocity proxy. You choose where it runs.

• On a Paper server: waves cover that server only.
• On a Velocity 3.4.0+ proxy: waves cover the whole network, whatever server each player is on.

SnLib.jar must be installed on the same server or proxy as SnGGWave. The license file lives in plugins/.Sn-License/license.yml on whichever one runs the plugin.

Features

• Staff start a wave for a sponsor with /ggwave start. Everyone in scope sees a chat announcement and hears a sound.
• Players who type GG while a wave is open get an animated rainbow chat line shown to everyone.
• Rewards are console commands that run once per player for each wave they claim.
• Several waves can run at once. Each GG claims the oldest wave the player has not claimed yet.
• The sponsor head is drawn beside the start announcement.
• Wave length, the GG pattern, announcement lines, colors, sounds and the command alias are all configurable.
• A public developer API gives other plugins events and a query service.

Optional integrations

• SkinsRestorer: draws the sponsor head beside the start announcement. Without it the announcement is sent without the head.
