SnTrade adds secure player-to-player trading with items, Vault and EdTools currencies. Both players fill one shared trade menu, confirm it, and a short countdown completes the exchange in a single step. Offered items are held in escrow by the trade itself, so nothing can be duplicated, swapped at the last second or lost on the ground.
Features
- Trade requests. Send one with
/trade <player>, answer it with clickable Accept and Deny buttons, or sneak and right-click a player whenrequests.interact-to-requestis on. Requests expire, have a per-target cooldown and a limit of pending requests. - Items and money in one trade. Offer stacks from your inventory plus any configured Vault or EdTools currency. Amounts are typed in an anvil prompt or in chat, with a per-currency minimum, maximum, permission and tax.
- Escrow and a frozen countdown. An offered item leaves your inventory and the menu only shows marked copies. Once both players are ready the offers lock. Any change clears both ready flags, and ready is refused for a few seconds after the partner changed the offer.
- One-step settlement. Balances, permissions, limits, balance caps and inventory space are checked again, then money moves and items are delivered at once. A refused payment cancels the trade and refunds the earlier debits.
- Nothing hits the ground. Items and money that cannot be handed over go to the claims mailbox (
/trade claims), delivered on join or on demand. Every graceful exit (close, quit, kick, teleport, world change, forced cancel, lock, reload, stop) returns the escrow at once. - Staff tools. A trade history menu or chat list, an emergency lock for this server or the whole network, a forced cancel, and a review-only crash journal with
/trade recover. Anti-abuse rules cover blocked worlds and game modes, distance, same IP, minimum playtime, commands while trading and an item blacklist that also looks inside shulker boxes and bundles.
Everything is stored in the database: SQLite by default, MySQL through the database: block. Every message, menu, sound and limit is configurable, and English and Spanish ship in the jar.
Optional integrations
- Vault: backs every currency with
vault: truethrough your economy plugin. Without Vault the Vault currencies are skipped with a console error, and item trades keep working. - EdTools: backs every currency with
edtoolapi: true, read and written through the EdTools API. Without EdTools those currencies are skipped with a console error, and item trades keep working.
