Player features default to true, every staff node defaults to op, and every bypass defaults to false, so not even operators hold a bypass until you grant it.

sntrade.admin grants every sntrade.admin.* node and sntrade.notify as children. The bypass nodes are not children of sntrade.admin: grant sntrade.bypass, or single bypass nodes, on purpose.
A currency can also require its own node through its permission key in config.yml. The node is whatever you write there, and an empty value lets everyone offer that currency.
